...You Got Me

So, this is it I guess. I finally gave in to the peer pressure, and I created a blog. No promises that anything grand will become of this.... Love me or hate me. Its your choice. I will try my best to not bore you to tears with my boring words.

Today, I went with one of my best friends, Emily Erdmann, to the gardens at Thanksgiving Point. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Emily is a great joy and blessing in my life. She is so bubbly and sweet and caring. She also has some of the greatest advice, and always has something witty to say. I really like her.
We are Miranda Sings
Everyday of our lives, we end up talking like Miranda Sings. It's a very bad habit, but we just cant help ourselves! This year, we decided before choir tour that we would contact Miranda and have her meet us in San Francisco and we would dress up like her. This of course never actually happened, but that's alright.
Baby Sophomores!
Once upon a time Emily and I were not really that great of friends... But one day during lunch sophomore year, the sun was shining so we walked around outside and talked. And talked. and talked. Then after school that day, we decided, "Oh wouldn't it be so fun if we played after school too?!" but neither of us had a car, and it was beautiful outside, so we walked from Orem High School to my house... the LONG way... and of course, we were wearing uncomfortable sunday shoes, so we took them off. Yeah, not one of the smartest things either one of us have done. Our feet were burned. Literally. Blistered. And emily got sunburned through her shirt so... Life was a little miserable. But you know what? I got a best friend out of that experience so it was worth every bit of pain:)

So hats off to Emily today! Thank you for sticking with me through thick and thin. And thank YOU random readers, for actually reading this post til the end. Au Revoir!
